The Yamaha PSR-E373 is a portable keyboard intended for beginners and hobbyists who enjoy playing various styles of music, learning, and just having fun. It features 61 touch-sensitive full-size keys for expressive, dynamic control and a wide variety of 622 instrument sounds—some with Super Articulation Lite technology to provide realistic performances. A dedicated button lets you quickly switch to a rich Grand Piano sound. There are 205 auto-accompaniment styles with a backing band that can play a variety of musical genres from around the world, such as jazz, R&B, and Latin.

Yamaha E373AD Overview

The Keys to Success mode includes learning techniques to help you learn how to play the 154 built-in songs and improve your skills. It provides deep resources for practice and education, and with an optional cable, your musical experience can be broadened by connecting to an iPhone, iPad, or iPod. Duo Mode can be engaged to split the keyboard in half, so there are effectively two middle C notes—a smart and practical way to play with a partner or for one person to teach another how to play.

Smart Chord technology allows you to play complex chord voicings with just one finger. The arpeggio function further expands the keyboard’s versatility.

A built-in speaker system delivers a clear sound, while the headphone output provides for private practice or playing. The 3.5mm aux input lets you connect your phone/tablet or music player and play along with your favorite songs. You can also use the melody-suppressor function to practice the melody part along with the audio playback.

The PSR-E373’s USB-to-host port enables the keyboard to send MIDI and audio signals straight into your computer/DAW or smartphone for recording your music or performances.

The PSR-E373 is portable. It can be powered via six AA batteries (available separately) or by using the included PA-130 AC adapter.

Touch-Sensitive Keys for Musical Expressivity

Play the keys heavily and you’ll get louder tones, or play softly to achieve quieter sounds. The touch-sensitive keyboard will accurately reflect every nuance of your playing, making your performances musically expressive.

Over 622 Quality Sounds to Play Various Styles of Music

Enjoy playing any music genre with 622 quality sounds including guitar, bass, strings, sax, trumpet, drums, and percussion, as well as piano, organ, and other classic keyboard instruments. You can even layer two different voices across the entire keyboard as a Dual Voice, letting you create your own unique combinations.
When you want to simply play a piano sound, just press the Portable Grand button.

Super Articulation Lite Sounds for Realistic Performances

11 Super Articulation Lite sounds are onboard. These nonkeyboard sounds let you use the Articulation (ART) button to control nuances like breath sounds on wind instruments or the body slap on an acoustic guitar.

Real-Time Backing Tracks and MIDI Song Recorder

205 auto-accompaniment styles provide real-time band backing tracks based on the chords you play.
Use the 2-track MIDI recorder to record your performance with a single button press, and quickly check the results of your practicing.

Smart Chords and Arpeggio Function

Choose from two ways to play chords: Smart Chord lets you play lush sounding chords with just one finger, or Multi lets you play chords using normal fingering. Smart Chord allows you to play more complex chord harmony using simple techniques, enhancing your performances no matter what your skill level is.

With the arpeggio function enabled, the chords you play are transformed into a variety of musical phrases and rhythms. Every Voice has a default arpeggio type, but you can experiment by changing the type, giving you full control over your creativity. There are 150 types of arpeggios available.

Apply Digital Effects to Your Playing

Reverb: Add ambience to your playing with 12 presets that sound like you’re in a concert hall, a small club, or a cathedral.
Chorus: Add warmth and make the sound more spacious.
Harmony: Apply harmony parts such as duet or trio.
Master EQ: Adjust to get the best sound depending on whether you are listening through headphones, the built-in speakers, or connected to an external sound system.

Bright Backlit LCD Display

A crystal-clear backlit LCD display makes it easy to read in any light condition, indoors or outdoors. It also features a velocity meter that provides a visual representation of the strength with which the keyboard is played—a handy tool when using Touch Tutor to develop your playing technique.
