Our team will process your order and prepare it for delivery. You will receive updates on the status of your order and an estimated delivery timeframe. For orders above KES 50,000 within our delivery areas, free delivery is available.

Return Process:

Pack and Ship:

Refund and Returns Policy
Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Additional non-returnable items include gift cards, downloadable software products, and some health and personal care items.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 30 days. If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your MPESA or contact your bank for any potential delays. Sale items are not eligible for refunds, only regular priced items may be refunded.

Exchanges are available for defective or damaged items. To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team. If your item was marked as a gift, you may receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be credited to the original purchaser.

To return your product, please mail it to the provided physical address. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
